I think the first one was a great movie, I would love to see a sequel of the Forbidden Kingdom. They should pick up right where they left off. See what the kid return's home.Plus what happen's with the Monkey King now?

I think that the Jade King Dude should return. He died way to easily, he was supposed to be all powerful and all, he died just like that. and they should bring back the kid, maybe add the kids robbed the store. And they should most def add Godzilla somewhere, no im kidding. but add some other kungfu god like i know! Wesley Snipes

I don’t think this would be a good idea, they should let this franchise rest and start something better. I know Jet Li and Jackie could accomplish something cooler, but Im not into mixing up east and west the results are some watered down movie, with hardly any lasting effects or replay value.

I think that the next Forbidden Kingdom movie should have the same people in it including the kid returning again to help the Monkey King and Jet lie defeat some kind of strong mythical creature that the Monkey King himself will need some help with. The moral to the story would be that one person can make a difference, but in numbers working together greater things can get accomplished. thats how i would have the movie going. But the movie was good, everyone keep throwing in some new ideas

lmao how amazing would it be 4 goku to fight the monkey king the problem is that goku is a formation of the monkey king, sun wukang means monkey king in english but in chinese it means son goku. u can also tell by the staff in the movie as thats the staff from the dragonball saga which should grow longer but it doesnt

I have not seen the footage and cannot offer conclusive proof of its existence. However, the alternate ending was mentioned as being attached to the version that played in Chinese theaters by Bey Logan in his book “Hong Kong Action Cinema” (p. 20). Daiei or Golden Harvest may have it in their vaults but as far as I know it has never been released on home video.

Have you actually seen the Hong Kong version? Or is it just a rumor like the dual endings for King Kong Vs. Godzilla?
Is it available, the Honmg Kong version, on dvd?
