How would i put an R1 Shaw on my Ipod Touch?

hey guys what would be the best way to put say five elemental ninjas on my ipod touch? someone said dvd shrink would put it on my comp but then what would i use to convert it mp4 ( i think this is right)

also since 5en plays english dub automatically that will be good because i want the english dub on there. if my default its chinese audio wonder how i would change it to engllish dub for the ipod touch or put subtitles because iti wont have a menu i dont think ( less important though, just want to get it on there!)

so i used handbrake and there is SO much pixelation. completely unwatchable. anyone know how to get rid of that?

im using aimersoft at the moment. freetrial with a watermark. but if no Pixelation hopefully this will be the one to buy! or if i can find a free one without severe pixelation be great
