I have gotten a little emotional with the finale of 8 Diagram Pole Fighter. Operation Scorpio, for some reason, can register a similar effect with a few scenes. I have a feeling there are other films that have elicited the same reaction from me.
*As far as Bruce Lee stuff? I think Big Boss and many of its clone films have strong political undertones.

Hardcore tears at the end of Best of the Best. I don't know if there's another movie that hit me that hard emotionally. Maybe Requiem for a Dream. Here's some others that got me pretty teary eyed, though I have never actually cried, not even when I was born -----------------------
Terminator 2
Gladiator
Legend of a Fighter
Love and Sword
Rebellious Reign
The Postman Fights Back
Challenge of the Masters
Killer Constable

Have to echo Sifu Iron Perm and OdiousStrident here - First Mission is incredibly moving - and a film I always cite when people have said they don't think Sammo and Jackie can't act!
Also, 8 Diagram Pole Fighter - that final shot, with Gordon walking away as the wind howls and we see Fu Sheng's face appear - ALWAYS sends a shiver down my spine as a scene that has an emotional impact that I wish it didn't.

I'm in agreement with others the end to 8 Diagram Pole Fighter is very moving. As is the scene when the monks will not accept him and he breaks down making and burns his own head.

Damn straight. From the final moments of the fight between Tommy Lee and Dae Han to when the Korean team acknowledges the "real" winners. Seems like the older I get, the more the finale gets to me
- IP Man's ending (after his last fight in film)
- Korean war film Brotherhood, near the ending.
