Momentum UK shaw releases - worth buying?

I was thinking of getting the shaw brothers titles released by Momentum UK, you know the original ones released with the jazzy covers:

Heroes Two
Spiritual Boxer
Heroic Ones
Death Duel
Magnificent Trio

I've been looking on internet and see theres quite a few different releases for each title, so was wondering whether I should just get these or is there a much superior dvd version release by another distributor? (im more concerned about picture and sound quality than anything else)

Heroes Two - get the US release
Spirtual Boxer - get the Australian release
Heroic Ones - German dvd is best.

None of these Momentum dvds are very good. all non-anamorphic, and the subs are too low, so they get cropped when you zoom on a widescreen tv
