Kung Fu Film Choreography

Has anyone, here, discussed the structure of choreographing and blocking shots in Kung Fu cinema? I am very much interested in discussing this subject with any and all interested parties.
By the way, a good way of looking at the way they are done, at least after the fact, is in viewing them through the "Slow" play modes installed in the newer VCR models and in DVDs. Years back, I also read Seasonal Films Distributor, and "Snake In The Eagle's Shadow" actor/antagonist, Ron Horan's indepth article on the topic.
