Vampire movie title?

Whats up guys. I'm trying to find a movie I remember seeing as a kid...I'm think its a vampire movie with a torture chamber where the victims had thier blood drained in various ways (including tubes or pipe). It must be from the 60s or 70s and I think I recall seeing Christopher Lee in it. Anyone remember it?

Reminds me of Legend Of The Seven Golden Vampires with Peter Cushing. The vampires abduct young women and tie them down onto a circular formation of altars (naked of course) and drain their blood into giant vat or something of the like. I actually have'nt seen the flick for a while, but that's the basic jist to that scene.
