Chelsea grin/Glasgow smile character in a movie

I'm trying to remember the title of a movie. The only thing I remember is a character who had a Chelsea Grin/Glasgow Smile (open not stitched).
Anyone have an idea which movie Im talking about?

It's a period piece, Taiwan or HK production. Not Japanese...
