Who is the guy on the right?

I've identified all seven of the heroes: Nora Miao, Lee Kwan, Angela Mao, Lydia Shum, James Tien, Tang Ching, Patrick Tse.... I just need to know who this eighth guy is!

I even tried to cross reference a mug at http://www.hkcinemagic.com/, but couldn't get a match!

If possible, please post a link of his mug from hkcinemagic.com!\

I consider myself a fan who loves these movies, sometimes even an expert when it comes to certain angles; but like most, there's always some basic little knowledge or actor or actress that just goes above my head. By no means am I a "Hong Kong Master"... I've seen him before, I know him (especially after seeing that link and looking at his filmography), just couldn't put my finger on the name/face. I'm pretty bad with names, too.
