Stunningly mediocre, aside from two thrilling action scenes. Plot holes abound, and I hear the P D James novel is radically different and far superior.

An absolutely stunning, staggering work of cinematic art, I hate to say it, but some of you watch too many kung fu movies to know good cinema.

I've loved every Cuaron film I've ever seen, from A LITTLE PRINCESS to Y TU MAMA TAMBIEN and even his POTTER flick. CHILDREN OF MEN, however, is his best movie yet. A shame it was promoted so poorly.
