Forrest Whitaker (sp?) plays Ugandan dictator Idi Amin. He was as crazy as Mugabe and did much worse. The film is seen through the eyes of a Scottish doctor, and could've been better if played through the eyes of a citizen for instance. The doctor is pretty immoral I thought, and could have died for all I care.
Overall not nearly as good as I hoped it would be, but the acting is still good and they don't make many films about things like this. The film doesn't do enough to show the devastation that Amin caused though.
