I love Asian film soundtracks but they are sometimes hard to find !!

I finally found 1 place in Korea to get the soundtrack for Shadowless Sword !
(Yes I know it is not the worlds best movie but I just have a total crush on it anyways ! )
But the cost is $ 45.99 US dollar & the S/H over $15 for the lowest option.

Are torrent sites legal ? It is only pirating when one make money on them ??
