And He is wiliing to let us have those 3 rares again they are
1.Martial mates aka black dragon river (hwang jang lee and casanova wong)
2.Super kung fu girl
3.Games of death

All 3 are widescreen eng dubbed 35mm

60$ incl shipping to Europe
70$ incl shipping to USA and Canada

Now I need to gather up 60 people for this 60 contributors and every one intersted is to send me a mail with his full name and address and then the money is to be send to my paypal account...
I'v had a few disputes and I was also mad before regarding these movies when he didnt ship ..
But it seems as if Naushad isnt in charge of the show he has to sell a minimum of these movies otherwise they will not get out ... and they will be locked up forever back in a archive...
So We really should take the opportunity in hand ... Iv had my doubts but this is a last chance try for me as well...Since Iv like to have those movies as meny other of you...
Remember also Im not doing any profiting out of this...Im gona be one also paying for those 3 projects and remember they are DVD-r with no cover art but thats not the issue ...Iv already goten the 3DVD covers in my mail from Naushad...

I was one of those guys who payed Naushad as well and I was refunded ...for the movies I didnt get...
I know its been troubblesome but it seems as there's someone else pressuring him to sell a certain number of those 3 movies otherwise it wont pay of to neither part him nor those standing behind him...
And I know transfering 35mm is expencive to do ...
But as you guys wish if you'v lost trust in the guy there's nothing much to do ...
I will have to try and anounce some place else it woud be a pitty o loose it this time ...

I haven't been refunded, but I haven't applied for it since I thought the packages still had a small chance of getting mailed.

If Prinnysquad got an email saying they were shipped, then people need an explanation for that before anything proceeds right?

A few people that have dealt with Naushad before are now saying he might not have the full prints, just certain clips, or that he hasn't telecined them yet.

I think there is a good chance he has the full films, and this quota story makes perfect sense. Better to have an interested middleman like Danison handling the money; regardless of what the situation is we will get refunded (again) faster.

Im really struggeling to get these movies ,have them shipped over to me so if or when he decides to do that And If i for christ sake recieve them then I will start sending packages to everyone interested... So then when you hear that dani has recieved then we start lining up people interested and I will be the one responsible for the shipping..

Wouldn't it make more sense for you to get the film elements/DVD-rs or whatever from Globe and then, once they are ready,try to sell them?

You want 60 people to cough up 60-70 dollars each for a chance that they might get 3 DVD-rs with no covers? I don't think you're gonna get too many punters with that kind of arrangement.

The whole 'pre sales' deal was tried last time and it didn't work. He either has the prints or he doesn't. If some archive has these prints,why doesn't somebody contact them instead of all this other chicanery?

It has been suggested in the past that Globe needs a middle man or business partner to handle sales/customer service/respond to emails-you know, the things he doesn't do.

I suggest you, Danison, are the right person for the job. You could facilitate the sales end and let Globe supply the film materials.

But that's not the point, mate. Problem is, funds are being asked for to get these telecined, when they must already be done 'cos they're flogging them on ebay. So that's lying to people right there. Do we really want to deal with obvious liers on this forum? I wouldn't touch this "deal" with a 50 foot pole.

I would love to see these three movies released, so i truely hope something will come out of this. However, as it stands now it is not realistic.

Firstly Globe (Naushad) have previously offered these movies for $15 each (factory pressed DVD including cover), now changing that to DVD-Rs without covers sounds a bit suspect. The fact that he has already had ebay auctions and sendt out emails to people, stating that their copies have been shipped just makes me think he's selling each movie twice :squigglemouth:
On the other hand, if he hasn't even done the 35mm transfer yet, then surely no honest man would have sent those emails right or initiated any ebay auctions? All in all, something just isn't good here :ooh:

Also looking at Jamal's recent deal, which is very similar - if not slightly better (4 DVD-R's for $65), he only managed to gather 26 contributors! Far from the 60 needed for this deal.


For this to have any chance of success, proof that no factory pressed DVDs exist and that the deal will be conducted in a 100% honest manner is needed IMO.

With all due respect Danison, you had fewer than 10 posts before you started this project. I would think it'd require a more reputed member to handle the thousands of dollars this task would entail should it be successful. If they're being 'sold' on ebay then perhaps it would be wise to see if they surface that way first or if those waiting for shipping receive theirs. I'd like to be pleasantly surprised!

Pretty sure the film has been telecined if he has sold these titles on ebay, the buyer left positive feedback but that may mean nothing.

There are a lot of things that need explaining before this can proceed, and we wont reach 60 contributors, but we shouldnt close the book on this.

Globe is all over the place, and there's been issues with him on other forums relating to his business practices. That he's selling them on ebay for 30 bucks each, and here for 60 doesn't surprise me in the least.

I was looking on those ebay pages and noticed that the bidding started at $20... they merely sold for $31. So the $60 price tag for all three for us makes a little more sense.
However I think the person that bought all three on ebay left the good comments for the seller two days after the auctioned ended. So I find it very hard to believe that they were comenting on the product itself because it takes him such a long time to ship.

So factory pressed discs are being sold on Ebay. My guess is that "somebody" has got their hands on originals and is planning on making copies of them to sell at ridiculous prices.

You know, there is great legit stuff being released right now like One Armed Executioner/They Call Her Cleopatra Wong from Dark Sky, all the Corman stuff from Shout Factory, not to mention all the Funimation /Dragon Dynasty Shaws-I'd rather spend my money(and support companies that are doing it right) on a professional dvd release than waste time and money on a shot in the dark like what has been proposed here.

After all I took the great responsobility to offer myself to do this ...
I will repeat again im not in here to sceam anyone I just want to get in hold of these movies as meny other would... and I asked Naushad friendly Id help him out ,have him send the movies to me so I could do the cover art etc for the movies and have them shipped from here ...There would be less prob with shipping I think...
Now regarding ebay I was mailed the link for those 3 he had apparently sold 3 ex of it to a higher bider then me...I was outbided and I was pretty in pain after that :sad:
Im sure that they are wide spread maby he is selling on other forums I wouldnt know...He didnt tell me...My goal is to obtain these movies and I will do what ever necessery ...If I get them that is ... Im gona be the black sheep if nothing comes out again in the end but I offered to do it ...

I have dealt with Danison in the past. He's an honest guy and a big fan of martial arts movies. He was a very good friend of the late Andrew (Houndslow). I don't doubt a minute that he's really trying to get these movies available. He's just a bit naive (sorry Dani!). :smile:

I find it weird that I get a reply from Globe saying I should contact you in order to buy the film, and then you don't have the films. That's obviously not your fault but a confusing message from Globe. I wish you the best with all this, mate. And hoprfully one day we can get to see these films.

I wonder if Global is still going to go ahead with the rest of the announced films?

I don't know about times today but I had dealt with Naushad back 8 to 10 years ago and found that I couldn't ever get him to come clean on what he had for sale or why he wouldn't move what he had...always claimed the movies didn't mean anything to him but never wanted to deal...excuses all the time...maybe things have changed and I hope so but I would be out like a fat girl in dodge ball before dealing with him

The prob is that what he send to me the material lacks scenes its as if you would go and buy yourself a book and when opening the book there are torn (chapters) pages missing ...
That's the case with these 3 movies ...
For ex martial mates 59min of the movie and the last 16-17min are added to after THE END
Taken from the middle somwhere so its a total mess...My guess is that he misses 35mm material either it's lost or it's damaged
This is the case with alll 3 movies so I told him that I would not go along with this and have incomplete movies sold. I dont want to have a bunch of angry fu fans on my neck ...It's not my cup of tea...
He said ok no matter... Whatever...
He has found another guy now whom he has known for some time and he will get into this and have them sold after dec month ...
I asked him will you inhance Re-edit the movies with full material?He said I dont have any more material whats there is there!!!!!

The movies might be out of sequence because the reels were played in the wrong order. That's just a guess, though,

It could be easilly corrected with video editing software, like adobe premier or sony vegas.
