this from a guy who tells Ozzy, I should have chimed in earlier. then with a P.S did you have a chance to read my list yet! and your Pming me for a trade!

and I don't know what the Saint did. Ive been gone for
over 2 years. and all the traders break the law. if you want to get technical about it. If you cheat on your taxes and so on, your committing a felony! as long as he isn't a rapist or child molester. I'm not interested!

Where I come from, we call this good old-fashioned, good natured BALL-BUSTING! Of course I don't hold any ill-will toward Saint... I don't even know the guy. But, you've gotta admit it's funny that you use the guy as a character reference on the site.

Now, I admit I'm new to this board (since around February), but since I've been here, Saint "disappeared" & left around 5 people waiting for discs that never got sent. He now occupies around 5 slots on the "bad traders" list. Of course, when a post went up saying he was in jail, he had the best excuse for not sending discs yet!

It's also funny that in the 2005 post from Saint, he lists Beardy as a "platinum list" trader. Well, when I got here, he earned the honor of being maybe the most villified trader on the "Bad traders- be careful" string. He left maybe 6 or 8 people waiting for discs too. Maybe he has a good excuse, it's just that he's not such a good character reference either.

Regardless, seeing that you're a grandfather, (from the old-school I assume), I guessed that a bit of good-old-fashioned ball-busting would be alright. I'm a hard-working husband & father myself, and it's what I grew up with.

As for my trading with Ozzieny & trying to trade with you too, I see no problem with that. Ozzy & I have always had a good relationship in the past, and he's been a friendly, good-quality, and prompt/ reliable trader with me. You seemed like an OK guy & I'll try a trade with anyone. I'm NOT an "his enemy is my enemy" kind of guy. However, I DID agree w/ Ozzy's assessment of the WhiteLotus situation (I'm left w/ out my discs from the guy too). Oh well, I have no problem w/ those who disagree w/ me.

Finally, AGAIN, I don't know Saint, and wish the guy the best of luck. For reference, it was posted on this site that his name is Edwin Ranero (I assume it is), and he can be found on this site

He had been convicted on 3 previous robberies (1 armed), but this says he was released in May.

Does this mean I don't get the Job??

The past week so many bad things have happened!
I'm more then a little edgy!!

The Beardy thing I'm not suprised about. He has always
took on way to many trades than he could handle.
But always came threw and would give an extra 10 dvds
and I warned him to stop biting off more then he could chew! he still owes me, for 5 dvd's with no sound.
the silent swordsman was really silent! LOL

I guess it was 2006 when I stopped coming to Fandom
Now I'm to sick to work at least till I'm done with my treatments. So why not go were my heart is KF movies

and with that, I just got Legendary Guan Gong series
from Image. bumped into it on DVD Pacific 6 dvd set
with that , pt3 slaugter in the snow or I can watch dream sword subbed Cdwow has five of my Shaws on back order

all I want to do is watch Kung Fu movies!!!!!!!!!!

In the deals I did with him he was great, and very respectful.

I hope Saint will come back to the board at some point.

This just in - Beardy and the Saint have kidnapped White Lotus and are holding him hostage!!!! :hat LOL

Just to chime in....Beardy has always taken care of his trades but it would be nicer if he was more consistent and considerate by informing others of the status of trades. I know many will refuse to trade with him UNLESS HE SENDS FIRST!!!! This way he can possibly regain some degree of integrity again. That is if he wants to trade again... and that of course is precluded by fulfilling his previous trades. Just my 2 cents.

As for Johnny Dragon, it is great to have you back. One of fandom's best traders. I never dealt with The Saint but was just about to and then poof he was gone. So I have no say on him but his emails were consistent and his list was awesome. We all make mistakes so If the Saint is indeed guilty of anything, hopefully he will learn from his errors and grow from it.

I have done a couple massive trades with Achiever (30+) and they were top notch. Working on another with him now....And Johhny he sends right away:lol So I highly recommend trading with him. He has a wide assortment of films, a great communicator and becoming a favorite trader of mine.
