Whadayouknow, Saw 2 delivered the goods. I enjoyed the first one and sequals usually suck but this one might even be better. Maybe I was just in the Halloween spirit, I'll watch it again and see if I feel the same.

I kind of liked the first one, but some of the plot holes or the stupid yet very surprising ending was too distracting for me to just simply ignore. But I will give this one a chance.

I watched Saw 2 last weekend and thought it was pretty good. I didnt enjoy it as much as the first one, but still entertaining. A few gripes: There were quite a few plot holes and alot of missing character development (for supporting characters). I thought there would be more creative traps/devices (ie. flytrap device in opening scene). Positives: Story was engaging, it maintained tension throughout, creative death scenes, nice suprise ending. But it was overall better than I thought it would be.
