Tear of the black tiger

DOes anyone know when Miramax will release Tear of the black tiger on Dvd/video?

Each year when planning our annual New York Asian Film Festival (June 17-July 2 this year), we speak to them about this film and they always have the same answer: They do not yet have plans for its release.

Too bad. It's an amazing film, though almost totally unmarketable. My guess is that they will wait for the director to hit with something else, and then release TEARS.
