I thought it was one of the best horror films in years. If you go into the movie expecting a Romeroish zombie film then you'll end up disappointed.

I'M NOT A BIG FAN OF THE GENRE BECAUSE THESE MOVIES ARE never HORRIFIYING ... I DID PERSONALLY LIKE THIS ONE, I FELT IT DID A GOOD JOB ALTHOUGH IT WAS LOW BUDGET AS HECK, OF KEEPING ME INTERRESTED. IT HAD A FEW SLOW PARTS BUT IF I HAD A TOP 10 HORROR FLICKS IT'D BE ON THERE. I THINK JEEPERS CREEPERS IS THE WORST I'VE SEEN !

Excellent horror movie and respectable homage to Romeros Trilogy which according to Dark Side magazine Fox has given Romero 20 million to direct the fourth installment of his Zombie series to be named DEAD RECKONING. Also a region 2 DVD of 28 DAYS LATER can be bought at www.xploitedcinema.com with a plethora of special features.

I think it's just a matter of what a person wants in a movie
I will admit the plot was original but its just not my type of movie.
