Okay, I'm probably the last to learn about the infamous eyeball scene that was supposedly removed from Full Contact, but I was just wondering if were this rumor came from and if its true. If it is, then surely there is a cut of the film with the scene intact out there somewhere, right (not that I would be able to shell out the hundreds of dollars such a copy would certainly be worth:) )? If it isn't true, then what exactly does Sam have in his hand after he shoots Godfrey? Why does Judge automatically assume that Sam murdered his best friend when he didn't see it happen? Ever notice that look Yu has on her face before Judge blows up the building? I always assumed that she was simply surprised that Sam actually went through with killing Godfrey, but maybe, just maybe...?
Sorry for the long post, especially since everyone here is probably tired of this discussion already :) .
By the way, I got the American dvd, which was great quality. If only Columbia-Tristar had gotten the rights to Fist of Legend. Sigh.

Interesting question and I have heard about "the eyeball" a few years ago and I am also curious as if this scene is in storage somewhere or just went to the cutting room floor. From what I understand, this scene wasnt removed by censors but left out by the director himself. If there is anyone of getting my hands on it, I would to see it.

Im afraid that if might be as extremely difficult to find as "the double suicide" ending originally filmed for Dawn of The Dead. No one knows if there is any print of this scene intact, but word has it that were a few witnesses to confirm that the scene was indeed filmed. The scene has Peter Washington jumping at the helicopter blade and Francine who was piloting the helicopter shooting herself in the head, maybe I got it reversed, but if it is found will be more precious than gold to horror movie film buffs.
