at the local movie store, they had a few copies of suspiria limited edition. i noticed on the back they were numbered. a couple were numbered xxxxx/10,000, while the others were numbered out of 60,000. anyone know which edition came out first or what the deal is regarding these? any info appreciated.

To my knowledge Anchor Bay released a single disc & a 3 disc set simultaneously. They both may have numbers on the back however I can only vouch for the 3 disc set. Anchor Bay apparently only leases the rights to there films for a certain period of time. They may have released a limited edition tin of SUSPIRIA as they did with THE BEYOND, LET SLEEPING CORPSES LIE and MANIAC but I'm not sure of it.
