FU MANCHU is an oriental villian from a series of books (and later movies) by sax rohmer (not sure if i spelled it right) the best of these films starred christopher lee as fu manchu.

Started in the pulps before he was in books and movies. Sax also created Su Muru, a fun film there as well.
