More zombie goodness!

Well i'll be ordering House by the cemetary since it's so cheap. Now i don't know which other one to get. City of the living dead Anchor Bay for 20$(gates of hell) or the remake(1990) of Night of the living dead for 15$. I'm just starting my collection of horror flicks. Zombie was my first italian horror flick which i really liked it. But i also like Friday the 13th stuff and all...I've heard many different opinions on both. I guess it'll end that if i want gore..City and if i want a great classic...Night remake. Anyway since i don't even remember seeing Night i'll probably enjoy it much cause the major complaints are on the differences with the original! Argh, it's hard to deceide! By the way, every version of The Beyond are backordered! :(

So which one would you guys recommend more?

get some argento and try some other euro directors like: mario bava,ruggero deodato,jess franco...
go for some giallo

if you like zombiez

manchester morgue is a top notch along with the 3 romeros and if you really like it the italians like hell of the linving dead, zombie 3 and 4 ; forget black demons it sucks;)

either choice is a good one. i love COTWD and if you can get it for 20 that's a good price. the NOTLD-90 disc has some deleted gore scenes in the extras.

Another good zombie movie just came out on DVD, and I saw it the other day - very Fulci-influenced, even though it's Japanese. It's called Junk (why, I dunno) and has lots of splatter... :)
