Can anyone make any recommendations of good DVD software for video and audio capturing? Thanks!

I have only tried PowerDVD for video-capturing and I thought it was very good.

A little for info TheManInWhite on exactly what you are trying to do. Rip? Burn? Capturing fron VHS or Camcoder or other device? or Screen cap?
The ones shaolindogpaw listed are all great.

I'm interested in ripping clips from videos and perhaps some audio from these videos as well. I probably should have made that clear. Thanks for the suggestions so far. :D

For ripping A/V, you may want to try 'Ulead Studio10'.
For capturing/playing, WinDVD is fantastic and has many more features than PowerDVD.
