Has anyone here experienced problems with these guys?
Is it just me or do they actually give really poor customer service?

I recently ordered 4 dvd's from them and even called them three times long distance on why I can't enter my account at their site and where the hell are my DVD's? The guy just gave me the run around and told me to e-mail, I told the guy I e-mailed 4 previous times without any reply?

I was told my DVD's would arrive in a week and now it's anywhere from a couple of months!!!!

I should have known better and just went the ebay route and gone with Cannibal King, Stiller 66, or even Ichi the Ripper! My DVD's would have been here in three days from those guys!

I think I bought my Men Behind The Sun DVD from them a while ago, and had no problems. But now, you go to it and some porn pop-up window appears. Not a good sign.

I will cancel my credit card payment at once!

I've ordered from Poker Industries on two occasions and had an awesome experience both times. They did run out of "Challenge Of The Masters", but I was not charged and it was handled quite well.

I ordered ONE movie from them and it took them bloody 2 1/2 weeks for them to just ship it!!! Just to ship one damn movie. That was the last time I ordered from them! And they only responded to one of my many emails. needless to say, my experience was pathetic.

i ordered ONG BAK on 1/30 the order was shipped the same day i believe (or thats what the site says) and i have not recieved my VCD yet .. hopefully it will be here by the end of the week

I have made a few orders with them and seen mixed results. One movie came within a few days, while another took over a month to arrive. Their support is poor. I would use them as a last resort. Try sensasian.com, hkflix.com. layoyo.com, dddhouse.com, or someone else instead. :smokin

Though not recently, I have in the past ordered many items from them, and all were delivered in about 3 days from time of order. I guess it doesn't hurt that they are in New Jersey, and I am in New York.

I too have ordered from them but stopped because they are more expensive than LAYOYO, for example. Even after a 15% or 20% discount which they had been sending me via email. And they raised the threshold for free shipping.
I've been to their store a few times and they are decent fellows.
Once I ordered something from them and I got it the next day !!!!!!

I ordered from them twice......once was fine, but the second time ordered the dvd didnt work. They did send a replacement but I had to go through the trouble of writing a detailed letter about the problem and pay my own shipping to get the bad disc back to them.
