I would have to go with the one and only STREET FIGHTER! This movie left an everlasting impression on me and I will never forget the impact it made when it first hit the theatres in NYC.

For me, it's a tie between Return of The Street Fighter and The Executioner. Sadly, there aren't that many outside of the Sonny Chiba ones that are accessible. I also liked the Bronson Lee film, but the ending was so heavily edited that the final fight scene didn't make sense.

There is no Sonny Chiba here wich I think just helped
the movie. Don't missunderstand me I like Sonny C.
The movie doesn't have those over dressed over played
villains like in the other Sister streetfighter movies
and it has a great soundtrack more type of characters
blackguy, whiteguy yhey even speak a little english
a few times. Great fight scenes(in a film factory while shooting a samurai movie)The choreography is awesome
Only two bad things about it the cameraman is shaking the camera sometimes like somebody constantly kicking his ass and in one scene totally unnecessary use fast
forward to make her moves even faster
