IVL&Joy Sales DVD releases of Police Story, City on Fire

Hi All,

Now that Joy Sales are the new distributor for the Fortune Star titles, do they have the rights to ALL the titles that IVL released? For instance Mr Vampire, the Police Story trilogy, City on Fire trilogy, an Autumn's Tale? Reason I ask is because i missed these titles the first time around when they were released by IVL.
