Has anyone seen the "Born To Defence" Chinese VCD? Is the picture on that better than what you find on the other chinese language bootlegs floating around? I hate dubs, so I'm not in the market for the domestic release.

Yes, the british dvd is good. It also got a good 1 hr. documentery on Jet.

Was this filmed in 1986?

The HK release was in 1988 but it could've been delayed.

If I remember right, they made the film in 1986, but released the film in 1988 I think due to post-production or something. Who knows?
