I rented US Seals 2 the other day and it had some great fights. Is US Seals 1 also just mindless fighting?

I haven't seen Special Forces sadly. I saw US Seals 1 and 2 at Hollywood Video and I picked #2 cause it had Isaac Floretine's name on the back. The only review I could find for Seals 1 is on IMDB, and it just says it's good. I will probably pick it up just to find out if it has any MA in it. I hope so.
