I think you might be thinking on: Legend of Sudsakorn (2006)

It's an adaptation of one of the best-loved classics of Thai litterature, loaded with all sorts of CGI creatures and the like..


Or perhaps you're thinking about the new historical trillogy: The Legend of King Naresuan..
Part 2, which has just hit the cinemas in Thailand, supposedly have a huge battle sequence VERY reminescent of the battle of Helm's Deep in LOTR:The Two Towers..
