Pickup Men from the Monastery. No doubt about it. A classic indeed. Fu Sheng, Chen Kwan Tai, and Chi Kuan Chun are in this one.

The talk is Image will release it with the English dub but I wouldn't take a chance on not getting this version just in case Image doesn't release it.

I'll get it from CDWOW though.

Men From The Monastery is a great movie, way better than the recent released Disciples of Shaolin imo. What Price Honesty looks like it might be good but looks can be decieving.

Ooh, lovely - that's a claim, way better than Disciples... To be honest I've been feeling DoS as one of the finest of the Cycle series... I dug the story, the music usage, the interesting use of black and white, and Fu Sheng's scenery chewing performance immensely! If MftM comes even close I know I'm gonna enjoy it!

Cheers Teako - I'm definitely pre-ordering What Price... an unknown director, plus top notch cast, late era Shaws with a nice looking poster! Man, I hope it's a gem... either way my curiousity is driving me to find out... that's half the fun sometimes!

Despite remastering Men From The Monastery in HD, I can't believe Celestial has simply used the pic of Fu Sheng from Heroes Shed No Tears on the cover of this new DVD.

The artist's rendering seems to be taken from the earlier CTK release. Fu Sheng's picture is flopped.

Linn, please correct me if my memory of What Price Honesty is wrong b/c I saw this movie back in the day in the theaters. From what I can remember, there is very little fighting and its message is "honest guys finish last." I remember not liking this movie because of the scarcity of fighting in it.
