This forum is for posting reviews of martial arts movies. Each thread must begin with a review. Comments within threads are acceptable.

You should only be posting a review that you originally wrote unless you're linking to a review elsewhere on the web or you have received permission to re-publish someone else's review.

Threads in this location will eventually be integrated with Kung Fu Cinema's front page.

Moderators may copy threads from other forums into this location. Members may also request that an appropriate thread be permenantly moved to this location if appropriate.

I have a question Mark. Are posters allowed to review other genre movies besides kung fu movies? because I think it would be nice to give insights on other genre movies related to MA or Asian cinema in general.

If it doesn't stray too far away from the type of movie you would expect fans of Asian and MA movies to enjoy I don't see a problem. Action dramas like INFERNAL AFFAIRS or COLLATERAL are acceptable. SAW IV or a romantic comedy like SUPER FANS are not.

You can still post non-martial arts reviews in the general genre film forum. Keep in mind that this section is going on the front page so it needs to stay on topic.

I'd say yes. A lot of exploitation flicks have fun beat-'em-up action that would be appropriate. It doesn't have to be pure martial arts to be reviewed here. It just needs to have some physical action, feature popular martial arts/action stars or involve martial philosophy of some kind.
