Hi,

I hope I have the right forum for this one. I saw a dvd in my local Chinatown that looks interesting. Its called "Eight-Diagrams Lotus Palm". The photo on the cover of the movie looks old, but I think it was made in the mid-80's. It has no subs. The only reference I've seen for it on line was from rarekungfumovies.com. They were selling copies of it. I also found a clip on youtube:

Has anyone here seen this movie? Its a mainland production. The dvd is pretty cheap, so I figure I'll pick it up. I guess no one has ever fan subbed this one? By the cover alone, it looks like good fun.

Just finished waching the clip. Looks pretty good for a mainland kung fu movie. If you decide to get it, let me know how it was?

I've got the DVD, it's a good movie but unfortunately it's not subbed.

I have the VCD, I quite liked it despite no subs, some mad lotus palm skills ;)

I just picked up the dvd in Chinatown. I'm watching it tonight. This is going to be fun. No subs, but I don't care. I like the look of these Mainland "Red Box" dvd's. If I like this one, I'll pick up more for sure. I'll try & post my impressions of this movie after I watch it.
