We purchased from them, it took 3 months to get our order. They always said they would take care of things but never did. When we got the DVDs they : HongKongDVDCentral.Com guy, had paper on the DVD and scratches on the back of the DVD. I wouldn't mind because some of them where remastered and the price wasn't bad, but the service was horrible, and most of them where in to bad of shape to play. Out of the 20 DVD's we got 6 of them worked nicely.

I have no idea how they can still be in business.

If I where you I would try http://kungfumovies.org or one of the other Kung Fu places for better quality DVDs.

One more thing, they now have a new web site its called whitelotusdvd dot com, and its the same guy from hongkongdvdcentral.com so you get the same terrible / horrible service.

Those covers lead me to believe that they are selling bootleg shaw brother films as well.

Yes oldeschool17, those are boots. There's a shop here in Chi-Town that sell the same crap, $20.00 a pop, and some guys don't know or even care about the difference. I bought one copy of Naked Weapon, years ago before I knew the difference, got it home and it looked absolutely like s#$*!
When I took it back telling the store owner he was like "nobody else has ever said anything..." but he then went in to the back and came out with the original disc?! I guess I made such a fuss he was like, "damn, take it already!" I didn't go for boots anymore after that.

BTW, that copy of Naked Weapon is great, with the DTS audio track one that's OOP now, I believe.:D

Bootleg DVD's at OG prices are for suckers. Go & seek out your local Chinatown. Chinese people don't bite & are very cool. They make good food, the DVD's are cheap. Go to chinatown today. Buy a stack of DVD's for 20 bucks. Have some bubble tea. Flirt with a waitress at a dim sum spot. Don't be afraid. :)
