It appears to be an early 80s Simon Yam period martial arts/drama series. It's called the Reincarnated Princess. I just happened to notice it today, being home at Christmas and all that. It's on at 1:10pm until 2pm weekday afternoons. It's supposed to run until Jan 15th. It looks like some clips have been uploaded to Youtube already, if you wanted to check parts of it out.
