Aloha- I am not seeing another thread on this right now but I am trying to get opinions on what online company provides the best selection/service for kung fu/MA dvds. I browse HKFlix and they have a great selection but a lot of their stuff (that's available) is PanMedia stuff, which I am trying not to support. I currently don't have a region-free DVD player so I am looking for either Region 0 or Region 3 DVD's.

Any help is much appreciated!

a region free player is dirt cheap these days. it really is a good buy. go to walmart and buy you any philips dvd player under 50bux

I buy most of my stuff from dddhouse. It's one of the sites with the cheapest priced DVDs and delivery is reasonably fast, considering it's based in China...

I'm in the US and I usually buy from these online merchants:

DDDHouse (non-R0/R1 tho)
HKFlix (like you said, watch out for the PanMedia/Red Sun/Yin Yang)
Deep Discount (free shipping!)

I use hkflix and dddhouse and also bestbuy/circuit city(instore). I moving more away from hkflix b/c they support bootleggers and I can buy the titles they stock there at bestbuy/circuit city or dddhouse for the region 3 dvds.

Thanks all! Cool. Yeah, I really like HKFlix and will use them on occasion but after reading some of the discussion threads about bootlegging, I will avoid Red Sun/PanMedia from now on. It just sucks that they have a copy of most movies which otherwise are out of print!
