URGENT!!! Need "Heroes of the East"

I'm looking for an NTSC R1 or R0 compatible copy of "Heroes of the East" with Chinese language tracks and English subtitles. It can be either DVD or VCD, but I need it and I need it fast (it's for a school project.)

Can anyone help me out?
