What version of IVL has Bahasa and Indonesian subtitles

Big fan of Celestial. Without them i guess we would be watching those limited shaws we
had with english dubbs of which the quality would still be ''trash". Recently i came across
some NEW shaws im not really familiar with at all. Wondering if someone can help me
understand. These shaws have ENGLISH, Chinese (Traditional), Bahasa (Malaysian), Bahasa (Indonesian) subs.
Can someone tell me where these originate. Ive heard of the Thai and French Celestial's
but these are a whole new bowl of noodles, so, what's the big idea?

I'd say the first 2 to 2 1/2 years of Celestial/IVL releases had the 4 sets of subtitles you mentioned. The Celestial/Deltamac releases also had the same set of subtitles.

The IVL releases were produced for Hong Kong and Macau.
The Deltamac releases were produced for Taiwan.
