View Full Version : Frankenstine Trade Blade of Fury and The New Big Boss

I’m tired of buying multiple versions of films and one or the other is lacking.

I have FORCE ENTERTAINMENT'S version of The New Big Boss, English dubbed, which has the best picture quality of all, but I miss hearing the Cantonese sound track. The same thing goes with Blade of Fury. I can pull a Frankenstein and combine the versions that I have with someone who has the Cantonese versions of the films. I have the equipment to do it and I'll include both audio tracks and the subtitles in there with a professional menu and cover not the cheesy setup we get on some titles now and then. This is a nonprofit trade. This is only for our own collection. I do it sometimes for my self when I have two versions with differences, but I only put the time in when there’s no alternative. where is the English Dubtrack for BLADE OF FURY coming from? the PanMedia Bootleg i had was so terrible in terms of quality & synching i tossed it into the trash. if you got a good quality Version we can have a deal.

I can extract it from my VHS at work; But It will take time to fix the sound, so there’s no hissing. I got the Pan Media one too and they should have just avoided putting in the horrible English sound I think they got from an old VHS. The video, I think was taken from the HK French version which is probably the best looking one with 16:9. The others have the imbedded subs, so the best combo would be for me to put the HK video with the Cantonese and Mandarin (if I can find it) tracks from the imbedded versions and as a bonus the English dub all together with Architect. Including a nice graphic menu I can scroll around with. The same goes with New Big Boss. I am obtaining the Chinese audio for Blade of Fury already, but still need the one for Legend of the Wolf. If a clean English audio for BOF does exist I can't find it.
