Her name is: LEI Ma-Li.

Appears to be Taiwanese.

The HKFA list only the following three films for her:

1. Kaleidoscope (1977)
2. To Attack the Beauty Fort (1972)
3. The Flying Tiger (1973)

She's a new face to me.
