Did the child star of the Lone Wolf and Cub movie series Akihiro Tomikawa continue in the movie industry?

What is he doing to day?

He was simply superb as Diagoro.

There were two different Daigoro's the one in the Television series and the one in the 6 Part min-series my friend. The person that played Daigoro in the
movies Akihiro Tomikawa. Aprroximtately 3 years ago at the age of 36 he was convicted for three years in prison. Reason: Smuggling a firearm from
Thailand to Japan. This was allegedly at the request of a female he met from the internet who wanted to kill herself.. Tokyo district court prosecutor was
looking to make the time even longer by one year but in the end he failed. He faced violation of the law of ''arms and swords''. The person who played
Daigoro in the Television series who name was Kazutaka Nishikawa became a politician in (municipal assembly of Shirone) 1995 in the Niigata province
which is in Japan. In 1999 he strangled a moneylender (Yukio Sato) in his own office. Isoo Sakaki (Judge) ruled that Nishikawa had strangled Sato with
an electric cord, and dumped him in the forrest with an accomplice. After murdering Yukio, (the moneylender) Nishikawawa, Diagoro (TV Series) stole
5 million yen from him. Nishikawa atttempted to escape to Thailand was detained in Bangkok and transported right back to Japan. After he was tried and
found guilty he was sentenced to life imprisonment in 2000. I am not sure if either one of those people played in anything else. Look them up on IMDB

Oh man, when i first got a hold of the movies about 6 or 7 years ago, my buddies and I would watch them and joke around that the kid would probably grow up to strangle hookers in a seedy motel room or something equally insidious. Didn't know how close to the truth we were, that's pretty messed up

"Should have chosen the ball."

That's what me and some friends were saying back in 1999 regarding Kazutaka Nishikawa. It would be an interesting study to find out what happened to the other kids who played this character in the various tv and movie incarnations over the years. Where is Takumi Sato these days? "If you play this role in any media, you must register this with law enforcement." J/K ;)
