Hi

This is kung fu 750 (other wise known as Ron from Kansas, the only person in Kansas to have a kung fu movie colection).

I have been trading here for a long time and have had the honor of trading with many of you. Every one I have traded with has been excelent. I have noticed no one is posting there lists any more and there dose not seem to be much trading going on. To me this is a lot of fun. It's a way to get new movies for my collection and help some one else get some for theres. I know there are some new restrictions we have to follow and i respect that. But I would like to see the fun return to this great fourm.

That being said if any one would like to set up a trade please contact me by PM or if you already have my e-mail adress like many of you do feel free to cantact me.

hi ron
i know what you mean i have advetised for trades have,nt had much feedback
must be just the regulars that trade on here since i have had no new traders contacting me
we was asked not to put trade lists up because of the hassle with certain companies complaining about their films
or it could be that everyone is on stop at the moment because of xmas coming

Thanks for replying

I still trade with some of the regulars from time to time and thats great I hope to continue doing so. And I realize the new rules as far as the companies not wanting any one to trade there stuff cut down on trading and stuff. I can respect there wishes. Also Christmas always slows things down. I have kids and a lot of my time is taken up with them around christmas time, whitch is cool. I just miss the fun.

Hey Ron. We haven't traded before but I've always had pleasant experiences with those here that I have done biz with. So, drop me a line at magmile@yahoo.com and maybe we can put together a little trade. Thanks.

To answer your post Ron. Yeah people are still trading, but not like it used to be. And now you see the forum is slowing down alot. No one is talking about movies like we were before. And with the trade rules in effect everyone is low key. Which is cool. I know the new rules have alot of people keeping quite. But my opinion also it's more involved in just a few companies saying something. It also has to do with " Spies" reporting to companies. But thats another topic all together. It's too bad that 1 group of people talk Sh%t on another just because some of us trade movie between each other. We all are fans of these flicks and without trading I personally would never have really got back into these movies.

Personally I support all the companies who put out decent products, But I WILL not support bootleggers who sale stuff recorded off TV( illegal) And try to profit off it just because they used dvd Lab pro and added a simple menu and some subs. 300 samurai flicks and not 1 red cent given to them:)

Anyway, thats another story, So I'm all for a swap.

about the board slowing down and people not talking about movies much, but this happens every year at this time. People are gearing up for holidays, having holidays, or traveling. As for the slowing down of trading, I think it's got more to do with trades going sour for people. There's been quite a few bad traders floating through here of late, and it's put quite a few people off IMO.

Thanks for all who responede to this. LIke I said before I totally respect the forum rules and the companies. With out them I would have no kung fu movies to watch here. Also it is close to the hollidays and every one is busy and thats great, that is what it is for. I have had a lot of fun here and hope to continue to do so. I personaily have not been burned by any one here. Every one here I have traded with has been great.

so remember I am always up for a good frendily trade.

Yeah I use to trade alot with a handful of people but been ripped off in a mail trade will put you off trading.
Plus like someone said before there are lurkers on here I think helping out the movie companies.
So trading is going on most likely but not talked about or posted on forum much anymore.
