Are the IVL D9 still re-pressed as D9?

Those HD titles that were originally D9 discs......are they still D9 discs now that they are issued without slipcases?

I almost want to say no. I think I've seen Disciples of the 36th Chamber on DVD-5 now, but originally, I think it was DVD-9.

I'm not sure that's true.

I picked up Killer Clans and Magic Blade from Batch 1 and 2 just last year (they had 2006 packaging inside the case) and they were both dual layer DVD-9s.
