View Full Version : Suggestion for when posting

At one time I think that there was a thread for suggestion - I did a search but couldn't find it.

My suggestion is to include Spoiler Tag. You do a post and then include the spoiler(s) in a spoiler tag - that way the spoiler is hidden. If someone wants to see the spoiler - then they just click on the button & it will show & if you don't want to see the spoiler - you just don't click it.
Thus you can do your post, include spoilers (hide them) & people who haven't seen the movie / don't want to know what happens before they see the movie, could read the post, get the info they need.
That would also be great when posting reviews & could also give posters a little more freedom when posting - including ending, plot, etc, etc.

Personally, spoilers don't bother me & I love them - but it does bother a few people.

What do you guys/gals think?

Spoiler alerts are a necessity.

A spoiler tag has been added.

Example:
put text here

It will create a black bar over the text. When you scroll over with your mouse it will reveal it. See below.

This is how the spoiler tag works.

Great idea! I am opposed to spoilers, especially when no warning is given. It seems most people assume everyone here has seen just about everything.

Got it.
Thanks.
