Need help with movie title

I remember watching a martial-arts movie, could have been Black Belt Theater, that had 3 or 4 main characters each learning a different style. I believe one learned the frog, one learned the tiger, and one learned the crane. There could have been a fourth but I'm not sure. If any one can help me remember the title of the movie I would really appreciate it.

Someone must remember this film. When the Toad was learning or training he used a Casket/Coffin filled with sharp spikes to test his tolerance to pain...I hope this helps.

The Toad and the casket with spikes(Iron Maiden) is definately 5 Venoms aka Five Deadly Venoms, the Tiger and Crane style he might remember from 5 Shaolin Masters aka Five Masters of Death. Might be these two films he's mixing up?

Neither have frog style, and Fu Sheng was learning a combination of tiger and crane boxing in both movies, while the others in Shaolin Martial Arts learnt eagle's claw and wing chun. It wasn't one who learnt tiger style alone, and another who learnt crane. Same with 5 Shaolin Masters.

It is very possible that I am confusing two different films. I also remember one of the characters extending himself from a pole during training to build strength.
