Glad to hear these two are teaming up again, their last pairing in Heat was awesome.

..............and Pacino should be 68 this year.I like the healthy professional rivalry existing between these two legends who entered this world just 2 years apart from each other.
I think De Niro could have been a terrific Tony Montana and Michael Corleone while Pacino could have been a fabulous Travis Bickle and Michael Vronsky :)

I liked Pacino in Serpico the best and he was also great in Donnie Brasco, Robert probably would have been great in that mafioso role as well. DeNiro's best was Raging Bull imo, he played one mean and hateful mother as Jake LaMotta. Someone once asked LaMotta if he was as bad as they portrayed him in that film and he replied he was actually worse!

I think Deniro and Pacino have passed their prime. This new movie they're in looks like crap to cash in on their names. It's got less than a quarter approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes. But they've had their classic roles, and you can't take that away from them! For me, their last best roles were: Deniro (comedy - Meet The Parents; thriller - Ronin); Pacino - Insomnia was alright, Donnie Brasco was slightly better.
