If so need some advise with my flex[rb/wr] player. Should i start Deuce McAllister or Ladell Betts? Thanks

I would start Ladell, Duece hasn't played in a while and I just don't trust him enough early on. I would wait until after his knee has shown signs of improvement before you consider starting him.

He more than likely will be be your starter by the middle of the season, I just don't think he'll be able to shake off the rust from his delayed playing time so soon.
