Does anybody know what movie this is from?

Hey all. This is my first post here. I work at a store called Foreign Cinema where we specialize in oldschool and newschool martial arts movies.

So the other day a good customer of mine comes in and says that he saw this movie years ago and has been searching for it for a long time but he doesn't know what it's called or who is in it. Maybe one of you could help.

He described a movie where a man has the power of cold and a woman has the power of heat. They fight each other, but in the end they have to team up to beat some other guy.

I know that isn't a lot of info but I thought I'd give it a shot. Any guesses?

I know I've seen, and own that movie. But for the life of me, can't remember which one it is! :o Someone here will know for sure though.

Sounds like 'Flame and Ice Hand' to me, I haven't seen it for a while though so I'm not 100% sure.
