Hello,
I own and adore my copy of media-blasters' 7 Grandmasters dvd. I'm aware that it's supposed to contain liner notes written by Linn Haynes, but I'm afraid my copy may be missing them. Is it something that's featured on the dvd itself (looked all through the menus, but couldn't find them), or were they on a card contained within the dvd case?
Thanks

Short 2 page booklet inside the case.

Thanks, guys. I wonder if that's a common occurrence. Didn't hesitate to print that sucker out and put it in its rightful place. :)

Intriguing that a film depicting events in the mid 20th century seems to be set hundreds of years before

A lot of kung fu films are like that. E.g, Angela Mao's SCORCHING SUN, FIERCE WIND, WILD FIRE is set in the 20th century (1910s, I believe) but everyone's dressed like hundreds of years earlier and then, when a prison warden drives up to check on a chain gang, he's in a late 1960s-model American car.
