Hey all!

So here's one for ya...

What films will you all be sitting down with on Halloween?

For me, it's always Carpenter's The Fog, plus a few others - 7 Golden Vampires, springs to mind.

So...what'll be your viewing pleasure this coming holiday? :)

I tend to go for "Halloween" and maybe the second one. Then I'll watch some light hearted classics like "Evil Dead 2," "Planet Terror" etc. and I'll always throw in Argento's "Demons" (my favourite horror movie) and something like "The Beyond" or "New York Ripper."

"Near Dark" and "In The Mouth Of Madness" are both favorites of mine, especially "Near Dark". Watched "Prince Of Darkness" years ago, dont remember it being to good.
I'm getting ready to pop in "Phantasm" in a few min myself.

I remember seeing Phantasm when I was really little and I loved it, but the only thing I really remembered abotu it was the tall guy and that flying metal ball of death. I just watched it a couple days ago, and it was not as good as I remembered it, but then the ending came! Great movie!!!

It has to be the original "Halloween" then either "Encounters Of The Spooky Kind" or "Mr Vampire". I leave the hardcore horror for other times.

Evil Dead 2 in my favorite to watch on Halloween. Might do Mr Vampire this year.

Check out my boy DJ P's new halloween video, lots of classic horror movie clips are remixed (Evil Dead, Phantasm, Friday the 13th, etc.): http://www.vimeo.com/2051920

Its about 40 min long, probably not safe for work.

Couldn't agree more, KingofKungFu2002 - The Crow is just such a great, powerful movie.

I wish we in the UK made more of a deal about Halloween - it simply isn't celebrated at all, really!! :(

I'm sicky poo, so I'm not going out or anything. Thinking of popping in "Who Can Kill A Child?"and/or "House At The Edge Of The Park." Got those "Friday the 13th: The Series" Season One DVD's that I havent spun yet, so that might be good for old times sake.

Mr Vampire is a must see, it spawned tons of crappy imitations but the original is one of my all time favorites.

Hey all, HAPPY HALLOWEEN EVERYBODY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!XD

My holiday was kind of ruined by having to work many extra hours. But Karlos sent me a rare Chiba movie with an All Hallow's Eve appropriate theme, and that really turned the day around for me. You rock brother! So I'm about to dig on that before I hit the drawing desk.

Got to say- THE CROW is awesome. I saw it many times in the theater when it came out, and still love rewatching it on DVD. I have the 18" Crow figure and it usually resides on a shelf in the basement. But at this time of year I bring it upstairs and put him in the middle of an Autumn floral arrangement as the centerpiece on our dining room table. He talks, and it's activated by a motion sensor. So I secretly turn it on occassionally, and my wife will be walking through the room and he'll blurt something out or start laughing (my favorite of his sound clips) and scare the Hell out of her! A few good screams per season is all a guy could hope for, ya know? ;)

Hope you all have some scary fun tonight my KFC Brothers and Sisters! :D

I watched There Will Be Blood on Halloween. That was pretty scary! Seriously, Daniel Day-Lewis does unhinged and obsessed like nobody else.
