in fact, there is nothing i would call watchable.

the JP DVD is cut to shreds, the German DVD is some 2,5 mins longer, but censored too. none are in the original 2.35 Ratio. there is a bootleg - uncut - Fullscreen English Dub floating around, but it has an annoying timecode in the Picture...

there's not really a "good" version. I had the timecoded version and if you wanted uncut, that's the one. There's supposedly one taped off of TV that's nearly uncut and better than the timecoded version, but I've never seen it.

There's a Japanese version available on DVD, it's a letterbox print which has excellent picture quality. This version also has the original english dub.8)

way with Math to figure out like 80 min nstc = 85min Pal

PAL speed is quicker so 90m in PAL would be 94 in NTSC (approx).
