The Chinese characters for these companies are Tong Da (or Tung Tai) and Yi Zhong (or Yi Chung) respectively. But I've no clue as to what the romanized version would be (eg. Chang Ho is aka Long River) or if they're HK or Taiwanese companies? I expect both movies were shot in Taiwan. If it helps Tong Da also produced The Last Duel, Invisible Terrorist and Wolf Devil Woman. If you know the production company for any of those this will be the same. Posters or lobbies would be of great value (I hope). As for Secret... I've no idea. As is usual the copies I have are missing the original logos. Bah!
And --
DUEL WITH THE DEVILS seems to be produced by Tan's Films (going by the Chinese credits); Tan Tao Liang's company. Does anyone know if this company is HK or Taiwan. I don't mean the location (I know most of these films were shot in Taiwan) but the official registration office (ie. Hong Hwa (HK))
