This might be slightly off-topic, if the double feature doesn't show martial arts, although Tsui Hark and Ching Siu-Tung were involved w/ "I Love Maria".
The Grindhouse Film Festival, which takes place in L.A.'s Beverly Cinema, will show its first classic HK cinema night on 1/6/09. The first double feature doesn't sound that good though, IMO. I wonder why couldn't they show a Shaw Brothers movie, or a HK movie starring Jackie Chan or Jet Li instead.

I think that they said the HK cinema night will be bi-monthly, but I wish that it could be monthly instead IMO.
